Paul Fritsch

Paul Fritsch is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in operations and treasury management. Currently serving as Operations Controller for the Components Division at Spectrum Control since June 2025, Paul previously held various leadership roles at Owens Corning from August 2015 to June 2025, including Treasury Global Cash Management Leader, where oversight of daily cash positioning was a key responsibility. Other significant positions include Interim Plant Controller, Business Finance Leader for Infrastructure Solutions, and Senior Manufacturing Finance Analyst. Prior experience also includes roles at Johnson Controls, where financial activities were directed for a major automotive battery plant, as well as consulting for a global Fortune 10 company in the petrochemical sector with Middough Inc. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration - Finance from The University of Toledo and an MBA from Bowling Green State University.
