Spencer Little began their work experience as an Electrician at Beacon Engineering & Electrical Inc. from January 2002 to June 2008. Spencer then transitioned to SoBran-Inc as an Electrical Engineer from June 2008 to October 2008. Following this, Spencer joined Spectrum Engineers as an Electrical Engineering Intern in November 2008. During their time as an intern, they worked on various projects such as multifamily buildings, the Utah National Guard, Hill Air Forces Base renovations, Park City Fire Station #33, and elementary schools. Spencer's dedication and expertise led to him being promoted to Associate Principal Electrical Engineer in December 2014 and later to their current role as Principal Electrical Engineer in February 2017.

Spencer Little attended the University of Utah from 2002 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
