Soummitra Barman has extensive experience in sales and marketing, currently serving as the Lead for Sales & Marketing in the Machine Intake & Industrial Business of Air Filters and Housings at Spectrum Filtration Pvt. Ltd. since January 2020. Prior experience includes roles such as Regional Head for Sales & Marketing at Henkel Noa Kalang, where responsibilities encompassed identifying business development opportunities in India and Bangladesh, and Regional Sales Manager at PALTECH COOLING TOWERS & EQUIPMENTS LTD., managing sales in the Eastern region. Soummitra also held the position of Senior Manager for Industrial & Project Sales at SIPL, focusing on sales management in the Eastern and Northern regions, and began a career in power plant maintenance as an Engineer at Birla Corporation Ltd. Educational qualifications include an Executive Management degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, a Bachelor of Engineering in Production & Industrial Engineering from Nagpur University, and a Mastery Programme in Artificial Intelligence from Be10X.
