Nicole Gallo has a diverse professional background with significant experience in direct care and counseling. Currently serving as a Direct Care Counselor at Spectrum for Living since October 2016, Nicole has developed skills in supporting individuals with special needs. Prior to this role, Nicole was a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, focusing on sales, marketing, and customer service from November 2014 to September 2016. Nicole's experience as a Student Aide at Shepard School involved assisting emotional and behavioral students, while earlier roles as a Teacher's Aide at the Jewish Community Center and Saint Bernards provided foundational experience in educational support. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham Campus, earned in 2014, and an Associate's degree from Raritan Valley Community College completed in 2012.

Spectrum for Living is one of New Jersey’s most respected and recognized not-for-profit organizations assisting adults with developmental disabilities in Bergen, Passaic and Middlesex Counties. Spectrum provides a wide array of housing, medical, clinical, habilitative, social and educational services to more than 200 residential consumers and hundreds of community clients.
