Mike Paine is an accomplished Chief Information Officer with extensive experience in various sectors, including charitable organizations, education, and government. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer for Spectrum Foundation since January 2024, Mike focuses on addressing inequality of access for disabled individuals in Aotearoa. Spectrum Foundation was established in 2021 to help give disabled people and their whānau the same opportunities and independence most people take for granted. Our vision is an Aotearoa in which all disabled people have equal opportunity to live good lives. We focus on fourive key priorities: empowering disabled people to access health and wellbeing, housing, education, and employment. To make this happen, we partner with organisations ‘on the ground’ – people doing the mahi in their communities. With financial support from like-minded individuals and partners, we fund groups and initiatives that uplift disabled people.
