Robert Heller has been in the financial and gaming industries for over 40 years. Robert began their career at Salomon Brothers in 1979, where they worked their way up to Director. In 1995, they moved to Bear Stearns as Managing Director, and then to Lehman Brothers in 1997, where they established and managed the Gaming & Leisure Group in Investment Banking. In 2002, they founded Heller Gaming & Leisure, which they ran until 2010 when they joined UBS Investment Bank as Managing Director, Head of Americas Gaming & Leisure. Robert was responsible for the US gaming & leisure business as well as overseeing the global gaming effort. Robert left UBS in 2013 and has since held positions as President of Bahamar Development Co. and Dolphin Capital Investors, and Non Executive Director of AIM-listed company engaged in luxury resort real estate development and operations in Europe, Central America and the Caribbean.
Robert Heller attended Queens College, where they received their BA in Accounting. Robert also attended Stuyvesant High School. Robert is a certified public accountant in NYS and has been certified since 1976.
