Eric Rios

Eric Rios has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology and Operations. Eric has held various leadership roles in different organizations. Eric has served as the Vice President of Information Technology and Security at Spectrum Health Services, Inc. since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chief Information Officer at Community Health & Dental Care, Inc. from 2019 to 2023. Eric also held the position of Chief Operations Officer at Henrietta Johnson Medical Center for a brief period in 2019. Before that, Eric worked as an On Campus/Online Instructor at the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2019, teaching healthcare and business information systems courses. Eric has also served as the Chief Information Officer at Spectrum Health Services, Inc. from 2018 to 2019 and as a Virtual Chief Information Officer at KPInterface, Inc. from 2015 to 2018. Eric's previous roles include the Vice President of Operations at Xtium and the CIO (Chief Information Officer) at Greater Philadelphia Health Action, Inc. from 2010 to 2014. Eric also worked as an Online Facilitator at Boston University from 2007 to 2011 and as the Director of Infrastructure at Keystone Mercy Health Plan from 2009 to 2010. Eric Rios has demonstrated expertise in IT leadership, operations management, and academic instruction throughout their career.

Eric Rios completed their high school education at Bensalem Senior High School. Eric then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance, General at the Fox School of Business at Temple University from 2004 to 2006. Following this, they attended Boston University from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems with a specialization in Computer Science.
