Alyssa Hebel has a diverse range of work experience in the field of social services. ALYSSA started their career at the Niagara County Department of Social Services as a Community Services Aide (Case Manager Assistant) from 1994 to 1997. ALYSSA then moved on to the Lake Martin Counseling Center, where they completed an Internship Program from 1998 to 1999. After that, Alyssa worked as a Case Manager at the Family Services Center of Calhoun County Inc from April 1999 to December 1999. ALYSSA then joined Spectrum Health & Human Services and held various roles, including Care Coordinator from May 2000 to July 2017, Program Manager of Housing Services from November 2003 to present, Director of Housing Services from January 2016 to present, and currently holds the position of Managing Director of Housing Services since July 2017.

Alyssa Hebelor obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Buffalo State University in an unspecified year before 1994. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling/Community Agency Counseling from Jacksonville State University, completing their studies between 1997 and 1999.
