Kelly Field

Kelly Field is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as the Director of Nursing for Inpatient services at Spectrum Health Systems, Inc., a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Kelly worked as an RN Care Manager at Eleanor Health from November 2020 to November 2022. Kelly’s extensive experience at Spectrum Health Systems includes serving as an Inpatient Nursing Supervisor and Charge Nurse from December 2013 to November 2020, as well as working as an RN.
