Susan Diaz has extensive experience in the behavioral health field, currently serving as an SMI Case Manager at Spectrum Healthcare Group since June 2022. Prior roles include High Needs Care Coordinator and Clinical Care Coordinator at Touchstone Health Services between October 2018 and May 2022, along with previous positions as Intake Specialist and Behavioral Health Technician at Marc Community Resources from April 2011 to August 2018. Susan began a career in this field as a Behavioral Health Technician at Concentric Healthcare Staffing from July 2010 to April 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in General Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections, and an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration. Throughout this career, Susan has focused on providing support and teaching daily living skills to individuals diagnosed with mental illness, emphasizing recovery and independence.
