Beth Austin

Beth Austin has a diverse work experience spanning from 1997 to 2019. Beth started their career as an Account Manager at Wright Express in 1997 and then worked as a Marketing Communications professional at Intelligent Controls Inc from 1998 to 2001. Beth then became a Manager of Growth Management Consulting at Baker Newman & Noyes from 2001 to 2003. Beth went on to co-own and serve as a Principal at Crescendo Consulting Group from 2003 to 2017, where they oversaw operational aspects and led client projects in communications, research, strategic planning, and program management. In 2017, they started their own consultancy, BA + Associates LLC, where they provided strategy, management, and communications services to organizations. Since 2013, Beth has also been the Executive Director of Specialty Solutions, where they oversaw all operational aspects of the Maine Specialty Independent Practice Association. In 2019, they worked as a Communications & Business Development Consultant at Spectrum Healthcare Partners, supporting strategic initiatives and internal communication. Additionally, in July 2019, Beth became the Vice President of Operations at Spectrum Management Services Company, overseeing operations and growth for the full-service MSO. Beth then transitioned to become the Vice President of Operations at Spectrum Healthcare Partners in October 2019, where they provided executive oversight for marketing and communications, led the team, and spearheaded organizational efforts.

Beth Austin obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a focus on Creative Writing from the University of Maine. Beth later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Communication, also from the University of Maine.
