Melani Alper

Melani Alper is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in the healthcare and education sectors. Since December 2013, Melani has been serving as a recruiter at Spectrum Healthcare Resources. Prior to this role, Melani worked as an educational recruiter at ITT Technical Institute from 1997 to 2013. Melani holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from Drake University, where studies were completed between 1984 and 1988.
