Lisa Bella, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational change leadership. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Spectrum Insurance Group since November 2019, Lisa has held similar leadership roles at Countryside Cooperative and Midwest Dental Support Center.
