Carl Halter

Carl Halter is an experienced engineering professional with a robust history in fiber optic networks and telecommunications. Currently serving as VP of Regional Engineering at Spectrum since September 2016, Carl has held various leadership roles including Sr. Director of Plant Maintenance and Director of Field Engineering. Previously, Carl worked for Altice USA (Cablevision) from February 1992 to September 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing the design, splicing, and maintenance of extensive fiber optic networks across New Jersey and parts of New York. Carl's expertise encompasses emergency response efforts, network infrastructure management, and hands-on technical roles, demonstrating a comprehensive skill set in the telecommunications industry.
