Elizabeth Wade

Elizabeth Wade, MBA has extensive experience in human resources and operations. Elizabeth currently serves as the Senior Director Human Resources at Spectrum, where they are responsible for creating compelling narratives and delivering hyperlocal content. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Canon Business Process Services. Earlier in their career, Elizabeth was a Human Resources professional at Prospect Placement LLC, where they developed policies and procedures, trained and managed a team of recruiters, and performed full-cycle recruitment for various positions. Elizabeth also held roles at Clarity LLC, where they served as an Operations Manager and a Recruiter, overseeing hiring, training, and compliance with employment laws.

Elizabeth Wade, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Operations Management from Baruch College in 2011-2013. Elizabeth also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland. Elizabeth has pursued additional professional development with a specialization in Diversity and Inclusion Training from Cornell University. Furthermore, in 2023, they obtained certification as a DDI Facilitator through the DDI | Development Dimensions International institution.
