Jennifer Tracy

Jennifer Tracy has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and staffing. Jennifer most recently served as the Vice President of Talent Attraction & Acquisition for Spectrum, where they led the migration of three talent acquisition teams to a common platform and employment brand. Prior to that, they held senior director positions at Bright House Networks and Comcast, where they were responsible for talent acquisition and diversity. Jennifer also worked as a managing partner at Career Movement, where they conducted executive searches. Earlier in their career, they served as a director of staffing at Limited Brands and ARAMARK, where they held various roles in staffing and government initiatives. Jennifer Tracy has a proven track record in leading and implementing talent acquisition strategies for organizations.

Jennifer Tracy earned a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Penn State University in 1995. In 2005, they completed their MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Penn State Great Valley. In addition, they obtained The Harvard and Indeed Leadership Experience certification from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in 2022.
