Kathy Brehmer

Kathy Brehmer has over two decades of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. Kathy has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career.

Starting in 1996, Kathy worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Branch Manager for Solutions Point, where they launched and maintained operations for an IT branch.

From 2003 to 2009, they joined Amtec Human Capital (previously i3Consulting Group) as a Recruiting Manager. In this role, Kathy was responsible for the entire staffing lifecycle, including sourcing and recruiting, new business development, and account management. Kathy also built relationships with hiring managers and acted as a business partner to understand their hiring needs. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter within the same company, managing the recruitment process for various IT positions.

In 2010, Kathy worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Lead for Oxford & Associates, where they launched the local IT branch by recruiting top talent in IT.

Between 2011 and 2012, they served as a Contract Recruiter for K2 Recruiting, and in 2012, they worked as a Corporate Recruiter for ZOLL, collaborating with hiring managers and leading recruiting efforts for strategic projects.

From 2014 to 2015, Kathy worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner for Janus Capital Group, partnering with managers to identify and recruit candidates for open positions within the organization.

In 2016, they joined TEKsystems Global Services as a Senior Corporate Recruiter. In this role, Kathy was part of the Global Services Delivery team and was responsible for hiring full-time consultants across multiple practice areas, including application services, network infrastructure services, and training and education services.

Finally, since 2017, Kathy has been working as a Lead Technology Recruiter for Spectrum, where they are responsible for recruiting technology professionals.
