Kimberley Simon

Kimberley Simon, PMP has extensive work experience in program management and process improvement. Kimberley is currently employed at Spectrum as a Program Manager Delivery Lead, where they are responsible for leading a Scrum team and implementing Agile methodologies to improve customer experience and eliminate fallout. Prior to their current role, Kimberley worked at AT&T, where they served as an Associate Director Business Analytics and Program Manager. In this role, they led a team responsible for data analysis and used the insights to identify business process improvement opportunities. Kimberley also has experience as a Project Director and Senior Quality M&P Process Manager at AT&T, where they launched program management projects and developed sales support documentation. Kimberley Simon, PMP holds a Bachelor of Science in Retail Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
