Lonnie Grover III is an experienced training and management professional currently serving as the Residential Retention Training Manager at Spectrum since October 2018. In this role, Lonnie develops and implements training programs to improve the performance of the residential retention team in San Antonio, significantly contributing to customer retention initiatives. Prior to Spectrum, Lonnie held multiple positions within the US Marine Corps from 2013 to 2018, including Marine and UH-1Y Crew Chief. Additionally, Lonnie worked as a Subject Matter Expert and Team Lead at Penncro Associates, Inc. from 2011 to 2013, where responsibilities included supervising a team in a home loan servicing call center while providing expert customer support. Lonnie Grover III is an alumnus of Texas State University.
