Madelyn Marino has extensive work experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions in top companies. Madelyn is currently serving as the Group Vice President of Human Resources Customer Operations at Spectrum since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at American Express for over a decade, where they held roles such as Vice President of Human Resources for Global Merchant Services & Loyalty Group and Global Servicing Network. Madelyn also served as a Director of Human Resources for World Service and Global Payment Options / Enterprise Growth. Before joining American Express, Madelyn worked at E. Rogers Associates, Inc. as an Associate Management Consultant and at The Center for Organizational Excellence as an Associate Consultant. Madelyn started their career at American Express as an Analyst and gradually moved up to become a Manager in Leadership, Learning, and Development. Madelyn's experience demonstrates their expertise and success in handling the HR functions of large organizations.

Madelyn Marino has a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University. Madelyn also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Leadership Excellence from Harvard Business Publishing. This certification was obtained in March 2017.
