Samantha Yankowsky

Samantha Yankowsky is an experienced Human Resource professional currently serving as a Human Resource Generalist at Spectrum since November 2021, after holding the role of Human Resource Coordinator. Prior to this, Samantha worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Community Concepts Maine, where responsibilities included verifying new hire documents and managing change forms in ADP. Samantha’s background also includes part-time and internship roles as a Human Resource Office Assistant at various organizations, where skills in HRIS systems, candidate sourcing, and employee onboarding were developed and refined. Educationally, Samantha holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Joseph's College. Prior military service in the United States Air Force included roles in Law Enforcement and Airfield Security over six years of active duty.
