Shylaja Sreedharan

Shylaja Sreedharan has a diverse background in finance and accounting, with a range of roles at various companies. Shylaja is currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at Spectrum Pharmatech Consultants Pvt. Ltd. Prior to this, they worked at Reliance Retail as the Lead for Payable and Agreements. From 2015 to 2020, they held the position of Head of Finance & Accounts at Timesaverz Dotcom Pvt. Ltd. Shylaja also has experience as a Financial Controller at Rock.In Fashions in 2013 and as a Senior Manager of Finance & Accounts at Automotive Infotronics Private Limited from 2011 to 2012. Before that, they worked as a Manager of Accounts at Chemoil from 2010 to 2011. Shylaja began their career as an Assistant Manager of Finance at Ramco Systems, TVSNet Technologies Ltd and worked there from 2005 to 2010. Shylaja also worked as a Qualified Trainee at PwC from 2004 to 2005 and as a Senior Audit Staff at Lodha & Co. from 2003 to 2004.

Shylaja Sreedharan obtained their Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, specializing in Auditing, Accounting, and Taxation. Shylaja pursued their Master's Degree in Commerce from the University of Madras. In 2019, they also completed a Diploma in International Financial Reporting from ACCA.
