Joanna Sheyda

Joanna Sheyda has over a decade of experience in business intelligence and finance, currently serving as the Director of Business Intelligence at Spectrum Reach since September 2015, after progressing through roles such as Senior Manager and Finance Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Cash Supervisor at Time Warner Cable Media from June 2013 to September 2015, as well as various roles within Mood (formerly Muzak) and Muzak, where Joanna gained extensive expertise in accounts receivable and client relations. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with studies at Appalachian State University.
