Ken Cole

Ken Cole has an extensive background in human resources, currently serving as the Sr Director of Human Resources at Spectrum Reach since January 2017. Prior to this role, Ken held various HR leadership positions at Time Warner Cable, Adelphia Media Services, and Adelphia Communications Corp, accumulating over two decades of experience in the field. Notably, Ken managed HR responsibilities during a pivotal period for Adelphia, overseeing both the Media Sales division and Corporate during the bankruptcy and transition to Time Warner Cable. Ken's educational background includes a BS in Business Administration and Political Science from Houghton, and attendance at the United States Air Force Academy.
