Mike Malyar is a seasoned program management professional with extensive experience in leading projects focused on process improvement and operational excellence. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Program Management at Spectrum Reach since July 2022, Mike previously held the position of Staff Program Manager at DISH Network from November 2019 to July 2022. Prior roles at Staples included Senior Manager of Process Excellence and Director of Regional Furniture Operations, where Mike effectively managed large-scale operations and achieved significant cost savings utilizing lean tools and DMAIC methodologies. Mike began career as a Trainer at Vendors Supply of America, where responsibilities included developing training programs for customer service staff. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of New Jersey and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
