Chase Nulsen

Chase Nulsen possesses extensive experience in the capital markets and real estate sectors, currently serving as an Associate at Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC since October 2020, with a focus on financial analysis and capital markets. Prior to this role, Chase worked as an Investment Analyst at NorthMarq, where responsibilities included debt and equity placement across various asset classes and supporting mortgage bankers throughout the deal process.
