Kellie Nelson

Kellie Nelson, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC since December 2023. Previously, Nelson held the role of Regional Human Resources Director at Life Care Services from January 2023 to December 2023 and at Senior Lifestyle from July 2018 to January 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Human Resources Manager at HCR ManorCare from 2016 to July 2018 and as Director, HR Business Partner at Aurora Health Care from 2004 to 2015, where oversight was provided for HR services and employee relations to 1,500 employees across multiple locations. Kellie Nelson holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Science degree in Policy Studies/Human Resources from Georgia State University.
