Steve Murphy

Steve Murphy is an experienced professional in environmental services and operations management, currently serving as the National Director of Environmental Services at Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC. since April 2025. Prior to this role, Steve held similar positions at MBK Senior Living and Spectrum Retirement Communities, where expertise in housekeeping and building operations was honed. Experience also includes serving as the Director of Building Operations at Christian Living Communities and various managerial roles at Erickson Living, Sage Hospitality, and Marriott International, spanning from facilities management to guest care. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Restaurant and Resort Management from Colorado State University between 1994 and 1998.
