Daniel Mercaldi is a seasoned technical director with extensive experience in various broadcasting environments. Currently serving as Technical Director at Spectrum since April 2020, Daniel has previously held freelance technical director roles at NFL Network and Spectrum Sports. Additional experience includes directing for Tennis Channel, and working as a technical director at ESPN and 120 Sports, where Daniel contributed to the launch of an innovative digital sports network. Earlier positions include studio technician/technical director at Time Warner Cable Sports and associate technical director at E! Entertainment Television, following a role as a predicator at E! Networks. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Communications from the University of Connecticut.
