Jerome Ward

Jerome Ward, BSBM - HRM, currently serves as Company First Sergeant for the 2nd Battalion 7th Marine Regiment Gunfighter Company and is also involved in talent acquisition at Spectrum since May 2022. With extensive experience in the United States Marine Corps, Jerome has held multiple leadership roles, including Company First Sergeant and Combat Operational Stress Control Program Coordinator. Additionally, Jerome has been the Human Resources Director at Advanced HR Management since July 2017 and previously worked as a regional technical recruiter and CEO of Advanced Cycle Engineering. Jerome’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Marketing from the University of Phoenix and ongoing studies for a Master's in Human Resources and Organizational Development at the University of Louisville.
