Michael Griffith

Michael Griffith is an experienced instructional designer and educator with a strong background in creating accessible and engaging learning materials. As an instructional designer at Spectrum since September 2022, Michael has transformed training programs into a performance-first model, significantly reducing seat time while maintaining learning effectiveness. Prior to this role, Michael served as an instructor at Christ the King Catholic High School, where an interim assistant principal position was held during the Covid response period. Additional experience includes directorial roles in religious education at Saint Mark Catholic Church and Sacred Heart Catholic Church, overseeing education departments and developing key instructional materials. Michael holds multiple degrees from Franciscan University of Steubenville, including a Master's in Educational Administration and Supervision, and a Master's in Theology and Christian Ministry.
