Tracy Richards is an experienced professional currently serving as the SVP of Resource Management at Spectrum Science. Having initially joined Spectrum as a contract Resource Manager, Tracy transitioned to a full-time role and previously held the SVP, Director of Resource Management position at IPG Health, where they focused on optimizing resource management strategies across the network. Before that, Tracy worked as SVP of Resource Management at Colle McVoy and served as Associate Partner and VP of Talent at VSA Partners, where they developed strategies for talent acquisition and employee experience.
