Jeeva I

Jeeva I is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Associate at Ola Electric since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Team Leader at Spectrum Talent Management from February 2021, where responsibilities spanned both team leadership and talent acquisition in the automobile sector. Prior to this, Jeeva worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Hr @ Mintstage Consulting Services from October 2019 to February 2021, and as an SAP Executive at Maini Precision Products Limited from May 2016 to October 2019. Jeeva I holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Periyar University, obtained between 2016 and 2018.
