MOHAMMAD NAZIM is an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on payroll and compliance management. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager and Senior HR Manager (Payroll Head) at Spectrum Talent Management since November 2019, MOHAMMAD has previously held the position of HR Manager for Payroll and Compliances at Health Care At Home India Private Limited from September 2018 to August 2019. Prior to this, MOHAMMAD accumulated over eleven years of experience as Senior HR Manager (Payroll, MIS & Finance) at Genius Consultants Limited, and began a career as an Account Executive at Allied Groups. MOHAMMAD holds an MBA in Finance from 2013 and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University, graduating in 2005.
