Karishma Jain

Karishma Jain is an experienced professional in Human Resources, currently serving as Assistant Manager HR at Spectrum Talent Management since May 2023. Previously, Karishma held the position of Senior Executive Human Resources at the same company and served as Human Resources Team Lead at Indian Manpower Services from May 2022 to April 2023. Karishma began the career as an Operation Executive at Bindal Sons between June 2018 and July 2020. Karishma is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Indira Gandhi National Open University, expected to be completed in December 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University, obtained between 2017 and 2020.
