Nisha Sachdeva

Nisha Sachdeva has over a decade of experience in the consumer business sector, currently serving as the Business Head for the Consumer Business at Spectrum Talent Management since October 2011. In this role, Nisha oversees a non-IT portfolio, managing operations, delivery, team dynamics, and client relations within the FMCG, FMCD, building materials, and manufacturing industries. Prior experience includes a position as a Senior Consultant at Synergy Consultants, focusing on FMCG and pharma segments, as well as consulting roles at Unitell India and AIG Consumer Finance as an HR Executive. Nisha holds an MBA in Human Resource from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Delhi University.
