Shikha Gupta has over eight years of experience in recruitment, currently serving as a Team Lead for Manufacturing and FMCG at Spectrum Talent Management since December 2015. In this role, Shikha oversees end-to-end recruitment processes, specializing in recruiting for various levels from junior to senior management roles in sectors including Manufacturing, Consumer Business, FMCG, and Building Material companies. Prior to this position, Shikha was a Senior HR Recruiter and HR Recruiter at Sunshine 24x7 from July 2014 to December 2015.
