Sidharth Agarwal is the Co-Founder at Spectrum Talent Management. Sidharth has over 10 years of experience in management consulting and corporate finance. Prior to joining STM, Sidharth was with Reliance Capital and Percept Profile as a Sales Manager and Finance Consultant respectively. Sidharth has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi.

Sidharth Agarwal has completed an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Amity University. Prior to that, they completed a BBA in Marketing and Finance from Amity University. Sidharth also attended DPS Mathura Road.
