Vidur Gupta is the co-founder of Spectrum Talent Management, a company that helps connect businesses with the best talent. Prior to this, they were the founder of STM Consulting, Inc., a company that provided consulting services to businesses in the areas of strategy, operations, and management.

Vidur Gupta has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Amity University in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Vidur also has a BHM from IHM Bangalore.
