Ryan Spatz

Ryan Spatz is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of Sales at Spectrum Vascular since October 2025, Ryan has previously held significant roles including National Sales Director at ICU Medical and Regional Sales Manager at Access Scientific, where recognition as a three-time Regional Manager of the Year was achieved. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Smiths Medical and CareFusion, where Ryan received the CEO Award for exceptional performance. A background as a Territory Sales Representative at Medegen saw the development of a top-performing territory, and initial career experience as a Territory Sales Manager at Pfizer laid a strong foundation. Ryan holds an MBA in Business Administration from Eastern Illinois University, completed in 2004.
