Josh Polsky is the Vice President, of Financial Planning & Analysis at Spectrum Vision Partners, an industry-leading ophthalmology growth platform headquartered on Long Island in Garden City, New York. A strong analytical and quantitative thinker with a passion for innovation, Josh has held financial leadership roles at Fortune 100 and other high-growth companies for more than 15 years.
Before joining Spectrum Vision Partners, Josh was the Senior Director of Strategic Finance & Analytics at SoulCycle in New York City, where he led the revenue-driven analysis, evaluated the strategic and financial viability of acquisition targets, drove the decision-making for the company’s highest-impact projects, and worked cross-functionally with its operations, field, and commercial teams. Prior to that, he was Senior Finance Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at KGB, directing the consolidated budgeting and monthly forecasting efforts for the firm’s three global business segments in the call center industry. Josh also served as a Senior Financial Analyst at General Motors where he managed Cadillac’s $1 billion retail incentives budget. He began his financial career as a Senior Portfolio Analyst at MetLife, managing a $350 billion portfolio of non-investment grade companies in multiple business sectors.
A chartered financial analyst since 2009, Josh received a bachelor of science in finance from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, where he was a six-time recipient of academic honors. He went on to Duke University, earning an MBA from the prestigious Fuqua School of Business.
