Arthur Lee

Arthur Lee has extensive experience in sales and training within the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Residential Connectivity Sales Supervisor at Charter Communications since September 2016. Previously, Arthur held various positions at Bright House Networks from August 2004 to September 2016, including Outbound Sales Trainer/Coach, Senior Sales Supervisor, and Inside Sales Supervisor, where responsibilities included facilitating new hire training, monitoring sales performance, and assisting agents in career development. Arthur began the career at Time Warner Cable as a Customer Care Professional Specialist from March 2001 to August 2004, providing support and feedback to customer service representatives. Arthur completed high school education with a diploma in General Studies at Pinellas Park High School and attended North Salem High School.
