Chad Andrews

Chad Andrews is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in network operations and technical support. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering for the Network Operations Center Support Team at Charter Communications since September 2016, Chad oversees critical support functions including alarming, process management, and automation, leading a team of 4 Sr Managers, 33 Engineers, and 6 Principal Engineers across two locations. Prior to this role, Chad worked at Comcast Cable for over a decade, progressing from Helpdesk Technician to Senior Manager of Technical Operations and Compliance, where significant contributions included quality reporting and process standardization. Chad holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science and a Computer Networking and Technical Support Certificate from Gibbs College.
