Prior to this role, Dawn held multiple senior vice president positions at Cablevision Systems Corporation, overseeing data governance and business intelligence initiatives while successfully leading strategic analytics to meet executive management needs. Dawn’s career began at American Express TRS, where operational support and analysis were key responsibilities, ultimately enhancing call center performance and cost-effective operations.
