Doug Ludwig

Doug Ludwig is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in strategy and planning, currently serving as Vice President of IT Strategy and Planning at Charter Communications since November 2005. Leading a team of over 60 professionals, Doug defines the vision and direction for various functions including Program Management Office, portfolio planning, governance, and financial planning.
