Douglas Miller

Douglas Miller is the Vice President of Human Resources at Charter Communications. Douglas has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources and has been with Charter Communications for six years.

Previously, Douglas Miller was the Divisional HR Lead at Mac Tools / Stanleyworks from November 2004 to July 2009. In this role, they provided full-service HR strategic support for the President of Mac Tools. Douglas Miller has a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior & Human Resources Management from NYU and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ohio University. Douglas also has certification from CPP, Inc. in MBTI, PDI in PDI Profilor, SHRM in SHRM SCP, and SHRM in SPHR.
