Jim Caridi currently serves as Vice President of Customer Experience at Charter Communications, where responsibilities include leading a Customer Experience transformation strategy to reduce churn and enhance customer satisfaction for over 32 million customers. Caridi has launched Spectrum's Customer Commitment and established the CX Design discipline, alongside developing a Digital Transformation strategy that streamlines customer journeys. Previous roles include various leadership positions focused on digital service and customer experience at Charter Communications and Cablevision, as well as experience as an adjunct professor in Graphic/Web Design at Briarcliffe College. Caridi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Emerson College.
