Marva Johnson

Marva Johnson currently serves as Group Vice President at Charter Communications, a position held since May 2016, and also holds the title of Regional Vice President for State Government Affairs in the South. Prior to this role, Marva was the Chairwoman of the Florida State Board of Education from 2014 to February 2020 and worked at Bright House Networks for nearly a decade in various roles, including Corporate Vice President for Government and Industry Affairs. Marva's earlier experience includes positions at Supra Telecommunications and Information Systems, KMC Telecom Holdings, MCI Communications, BellSouth Telecommunications, and Arthur Andersen & Co. Marva's education includes a Juris Doctor from Georgia State University, a Master's in Business Administration from Emory University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University.
