Matthew Turk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital service and customer experience management. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Digital Service and CX at Charter Communications since January 2020, Matthew also operates as Owner and Creative Director at TVD Consulting, providing freelance UX/UI, CMS customization, and consulting services since 2005. Previously, as Manager of Digital Content and CX Development at Cierant Corporation, Matthew established a department focused on integrating user requirements into innovative designs. Matthew has held various roles in prominent companies, including Front End Developer and Designer at Investment Metrics, Information Architect at Rogerscasey, and Webmaster at MSCI Inc., showcasing a strong background in web design, project management, and digital strategy. Matthew holds a BA in International Affairs and Economics from The George Washington University.
