Sophie Lu

Sophie Lu is a finance leader with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis across the media and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Finance for Ad Sales FP&A at Charter Communications since September 2017, Sophie is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and project evaluations. Prior to this role, Sophie held the position of Director of Corporate Finance and Analysis at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, overseeing financial planning related to retirement benefits and insurance. Sophie's earlier experience includes significant roles at Sony Music Entertainment, where responsibilities spanned budgeting, financial reporting, and P&L management. Sophie holds a Master's degree in Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a B.B.A. in Banking and International Finance from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
